Brindleyplace is recognised internationally as a benchmark for urban regeneration and Eleven Brindleyplace is the final element of the Brindleyplace vision standing at the gateway to the estate.
The fourteen storey building comprises 10,000 sq.m of accommodation and was awarded Construction Project of the Year at the Insider Property Awards 2009 as well as a British Council of Offices Award.
Eleven Brindleyplace is the first building on the estate to achieve BREEAM Excellence assisted by the Delmatic system which provides energy-efficient presence detection and daylight-linked DSI dimming throughout office areas, presence detection within core areas, and solar clock and photocell control of external lighting: the system monitors lighting energy consumption within landlords areas through virtual metering and integrates with the building central battery emergency lighting within reception areas.
The Delmatic system provides total flexibility for incoming tenants to configure the system in their demise to suit their individual requirements. The graphical software enables lighting groupings to be configured to suit partitioning and open-plan zoning as well as enabling tenants to adjust lighting levels to suit their individual preferences and use of the space. Tenants may enhance the system to suit their individual requirements and include such features as web browser switching and dimming as well as IP telephony switching and dimming.
