The Metro Twelve-Twelve Digital DSI module provides individual addressable DSI dimming and switching of twelve lighting circuits/outputs.
The module accepts up to twelve incoming circuits (single or three-phase) and is equipped with twelve DSI dimming outputs (each controlling up to twenty analogue luminaires) as well as twelve relays providing independent 230V switching of the twelve 20A outputs: 230V switching of the circuits/outputs avoids residual / standby power consumption associated with ballasts being digitally but not electrically switched off.
Each output may be configured to operate as a normal output or an emergency-test output to control the “maintained” feed to emergency lighting packs.
Relays are mechanically-latched and remain in their last state in the event of control failure: integral switches enable manual override of each relay output.
The module is typically located within the electrical room adjacent to the distribution board/panel.
The module accepts the connection of intelligent switches, sensors and emergency monitoring devices.
The module incorporates distributed intelligence and ISO open protocol Lon technology for seamless interoperability with other building services.
