New Year, New Offices

Delmatic have added two new offices to their international network, one in the City of London and in second in the UAE.These new offices will work closely with the other branches in Delmatic's international network located in west London, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
 
 

Delmatic opens London City Office
 
Delmatic have opened a London City office to handle the increasing number of designs and projects in the city, and strengthen relationships with key consultants, contractors and clients based in the area.
 
"Our London client base has seen a steady and sustainable growth," commented Steve Hanover, Delmatic's sales director. "The opening of our new Old Broad Street offices will allow us to more effectively and efficiently serve our central London clients."
 
Delmatic have had a presence in London since the company was founded back in 1959. Since then we have worked on many high-profile City projects, equipping iconic and sustainable buildings
like Tower 42, The Gherkin and most recently The Shard.
 
The new City office will work closely with Delmatic's existing west London office, as well as Delmatic’s international offices in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Delmatic opens Abu Dhabi Office
 
Delmatic has expanded its presence in the Gulf region with the opening of a second office in the UAE.
 
The new Abu Dhabi office is designed to strengthen Delmatic’s relationships with key consultants, contractors and clients, and to handle the increasing number of designs and projects in the area.
 
Sunil Kothari, Managing Director of Delmatic Arabia, comments “We are seeing increasing numbers of projects in Abu Dhabi, and opening our second office in the UAE reinforces the specialist local support that we offer all our clients in the Gulf region.  Delmatic has had an active presence in Arabia for more than thirty years, starting in the early 1970s when we were key players on pioneering projects in a number of Gulf states, to our ongoing involvement with many of the most prestigious and iconic buildings across the region”.
 
Delmatic’s new office is, appropriately, located in Masdar City, the world’s most advanced sustainable urban development.  Masdar’s ethos matches that of Delmatic in terms of efficiency and sustainability, and lighting in Delmatic’s new building is controlled by the same energy-efficient Delmatic system which controls lighting throughout the adjacent Masdar Institute.   
 
Delmatic has been involved in Masdar City from the earliest days of the $2 billion initiative to build a totally sustainable, low carbon, zero waste, car-free city, powered entirely by renewable energy.  In 2008, Delmatic was commissioned to supply an advanced and future-proofed Dali Zero Power lighting management and energy optimisation system for the Masdar Institute - the first university in the world to focus on advanced energy and sustainable technologies – and has continued to work on further phases of the Institute.
 
In contrast with other suppliers in the region, Delmatic does not expect clients to ‘make do’ with the occasional attention of local distributors or agents.   Delmatic invests in local offices, staffed with experts who combine an in-depth understanding of lighting and lighting management technologies with an insight into the local culture and regional challenges.
 
Delmatic currently has four main offices in the region (Abu Dhabi, Doha, Dubai and Riyadh) from which we offer a comprehensive service.  We work with clients and consultants from the initial stages of concept design, through development of the scheme and preparation of system specifications and schematics, liaising with installers during construction and setting up periods, and handing-over a fully operational system to trained client personnel: we also provide a full range of after-sales support and on-line help.
